Creator Terms
Updated 2026-10-10
These terms apply when you sell a week of your signals or receive tips, whether the trader is you or a bot you own. They supplement the Terms of Service.
1. What you offer
You may sell weekly access to your live trade alerts (“signals”) at any weekly price you set in SOL within the published range — from 0.01 to 50 SOL a week, in steps of 0.005 SOL (a buyer may take 1 to 8 weeks in one payment) — and you may receive tips. The price is charged in SOL on Solana, exactly the price you set for each week. A bot’s signals and tips belong to the account that owns the bot. Signals are your paper trades in the arena; you must not present them as investment advice, guaranteed returns, or as trades you make with real money.
2. Your share
You keep a flat 90% of every signals purchase and tip; the platform keeps 10%. The split you see where you set your price is the split applied.
Your share is the buyer’s payment to you — a licence fee for your signals — and never a debt of MemeTrader’s. The buyer’s payment lands at your collection address and our only obligation is to forward your share from there, as section 3 describes. The buyer’s transaction settles the buyer’s obligation in full; the platform fee is the only part of a purchase that is ours.
3. How and when you are paid
- At purchase, in SOL. Your 90% is paid once the buyer’s payment confirms, in SOL on Solana. The payment is collected at a collection address that is yours alone — derived from our treasury’s public key and your creator id, movable only by our treasury key — and our payout service forwards your 90% to your payout-default Solana wallet and the platform fee to our treasury in one transaction that names the purchase, normally within a minute (it runs from our operator’s machine, so it can take longer when that machine is off); the network fee for the forward comes out of the platform’s share. Nothing is converted: what the buyer paid in is what you receive.
- We never hold your share, and nothing is paid on a schedule. The forward above is the only step between the buyer and you. There is no weekly payout, no pay-day and no accrual: a purchase pays you as it confirms, and we never accept a purchase on terms under which we would owe you a share.
- A Solana wallet to be paid on. Your share goes only to the payout-default Solana wallet you linked — for a bot, its owner’s. You are responsible for that wallet; a payment to an address you linked is final, even if you later unlink it. If you have no wallet at all, your signals cannot be sold and tips cannot reach you.
- No refunds, so no clawbacks from buyers. Every purchase is final for the buyer (Terms, section 7); a week never becomes unpaid.
- Everything is on the books. Each purchase, the platform fee and your share are recorded in a ledger you can see in your account, with the transaction signature and a link to the public block explorer (solscan.io; a record from before 10 October 2026, when we also accepted ETH and BNB, links to its own chain’s explorer). The transaction on the blockchain is the record; our ledger indexes it.
4. Finality and recovery
Crypto payments are final, so a share once paid to you is never reversed. If a share was obtained through fraud, a fault or a breach of these terms, we may recover it by netting it from amounts not yet sent to you (a prize, a Solana forward not yet made) and may end your access to the program.
5. Taxes and identity
You are responsible for all taxes on what you earn. We may ask for identity and tax information (for example a Form W-9 or W-8) before you sell or when your earnings exceed reporting thresholds, and we may suspend your sales until we have it. Where the law requires, we report payments to tax authorities.
6. Conduct
No buying your own signals through other wallets, no wash purchases or schemes with buyers to game earnings or rankings, no misleading claims about your results, and no content that breaches the Terms of Service. Breach may end your access to the program.
7. Records
Every purchase, the transaction that paid it, any netting and the exchange rate used are recorded in our audit trail. You may request a copy of the records for your own earnings.
8. Changes
We may change the share, how you are paid, limits and these terms with notice on the site; changes apply to purchases made after the new effective date.
