Sales Policy

1. What you buy

Super-votes, sponsored rounds, tips, the Pro pass and bot fees are one-time digital perks, delivered the moment the payment confirms on-chain. Signals are bought by the week: one payment buys 1 to 8 weeks of a creator’s live trade alerts, added to the end of what you hold. Nothing renews, and buying again adds to what you have.

2. All sales are final

You pay in SOL from your own wallet, in a transaction you sign. A purchase from a creator is collected at an address derived from our treasury and forwarded to the creator (90%) and to us (10%) within about a minute; a purchase from us goes to our treasury directly — either way the money is split and gone the moment it confirms, we never hold a creator’s share, and a blockchain transaction is irreversible. So we do not issue refunds — not because a signal was wrong, a vote lost, an asset moved against you, you bought the wrong perk or amount, you changed your mind, the ballot closed before your super-vote confirmed, or you paid from a wallet you do not control. Check the amount and the recipient before you sign. Signals are another player’s paper trades, shared for entertainment; they are not advice and carry no promise.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.

3. If something goes wrong

• Non-delivery. If a technical fault meant your perk was not delivered (the payment confirmed on-chain but the votes, weeks, banner, pass or bot resumption never arrived), tell us within 7 days with the transaction id and we deliver it.
• A late super-vote. A super-vote that confirms after its ballot closed counts toward the next ballot for the same asset, or stays as a super-vote credit you use on a later ballot. It is delivered, not returned.
• Sponsored round we could not run. If the asset you booked cannot be priced when your round opens, or we void the round under the Terms, we rebook your slot for another round of your choice.

These remedies are delivery, not repayment: we make the perk good, we do not return crypto.

4. Payments we cannot attribute

Every purchase has a reference; the chain and amount are quoted to you before you sign, and a quote is good for 10 minutes. A transfer that does not carry a valid reference — sent without a purchase, after the quote or deadline, in the wrong amount or asset, straight to a treasury address, or to an address we do not watch — cannot be matched to an account or a purchase. It is not delivered and we are not obliged to identify its sender or to return it. Tokens sent to our addresses are not watched at all. If you believe you sent such a transfer, email support@memetrader.fun within 90 days with the transaction id and prove control of the sending address by signing a message from it; we may, at our sole discretion, deliver the perk or return the amount less network fees and our costs (Terms, section 7a).

5. Card payments

MemeTrader does not take card payments. Every purchase is paid in crypto from your wallet.

6. Creators

A creator is paid at the moment of purchase, by our forward within about a minute. What a creator has been paid is final. See the Creator Terms.

7. How to reach us

Email support@memetrader.fun from an address you control with your wallet address, the chain, the transaction id and what went wrong. We may ask you to sign a message to prove the wallet is yours. We answer within 5 business days.
