Why every purchase is final, and what happens when a perk never arrives, a super vote lands late or a booked round cannot run.

Every purchase is final

A payment is your own transaction: split and gone the moment it confirms, and no blockchain transaction can be reversed. So there are no refunds — not for a vote that lost, a token that fell, the wrong perk or a change of mind.

  • A perk that never arrived: email support@memetrader.fun within 7 days with the transaction id, and it is delivered.
  • A super vote that confirmed after its ballot closed counts on the next ballot, or stays as a credit.
  • A booked round that could not run is rebooked for a round you pick.
