Revenue and the buyback

Updated 2026-10-20

What the platform earns, in SOL, and what it buys back and burns.

Where revenue comes from

The revenue page counts what MemeTrader earns, in SOL, in five streams, always in this order:

  • Curve — MemeTrader’s 1 % of every curve trade of a token launched here (the fees); never the buyback wallet’s own trades.
  • Swaps — MemeTrader’s 1 % leg on a swap through MemeTrader: the board’s swap, and the quick buy after graduation.
  • Launches — the Assistant’s kit, rerolls and a launch’s add-ons; never a launch’s rent.
  • Pools — what the Fee Key collects from the locked liquidity of graduated tokens.
  • Other — super votes, the Pro pass, sponsored rounds, bot fees, and MemeTrader’s 10 % of signal weeks and tips (perks).

How a day is counted

A day is a UTC day. It is counted from 01:00 UTC the next day, once the books have read the chain through it. The page’s windows are counted days, never a rolling 24 hours.

Revenue is measured in SOL, in the platform’s own books, from the chain. Not revenue: rent, moves between the platform’s own wallets, a transfer that matches no purchase (unattributed), a creator’s share, and the platform’s own fees on its own buyback.

A payment matched after its day was counted shows on the page; the buyback set for that day stays as it was.

The buyback

Once a day, at a minute that is not published, the platform buys $MEMET with its own SOL from the treasury: up to half of the previous day’s measured revenue, at the platform’s discretion — some days none.

A budget a run does not spend carries to a later run, so one day can buy back more than its own day’s half.

It buys on $MEMET’s own market — the curve while it is live, its Raydium pool after graduation — at most 1 SOL a buy, at least 5 minutes apart. Every transaction is on the page with its Solscan link.

Bought back / revenue on the page is what happened in the window: a record, not a goal.

The burn

The tokens bought are burned: the whole balance in one SPL burn, and the token account closed. The supply shrinks for good.

On the page, Burned counts every $MEMET burned by anyone; by the buyback is the platform’s part. A run marked Bought still owes its burn: the next run burns the whole balance first.

The addresses

The page prints the platform’s own addresses in full, each with Copy and its Solscan link. None is a user’s. An address shows once it is set up.

  • Treasury — where the platform’s payments arrive, and where the buyback’s SOL comes from.
  • Platform fee vault — where MemeTrader’s fee on curve trades lands, on Raydium LaunchLab.
  • LaunchLab platform — MemeTrader’s platform account on LaunchLab: a configuration account, not a wallet.
  • Buyback wallet — the wallet that buys and burns.
  • Platform creator — the wallet that launched $MEMET.

Not a promise

Buybacks are made at the platform's discretion, with its own funds and not on behalf of any holder. $MEMET confers no right to the platform's revenue. Buybacks may change or stop at any time. Past buybacks are no indication of future ones.

MemeTrader, $MEMET and the buyback belong to LLP Sazalem, a limited liability partnership registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the operator of record: the Terms.
